Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details (track & trace).
Delivery times

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
They depend on:
- The destination
- The weight of the parcel
- The selected shipping method
Delivery liability
As soon as the tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered, liability is transferred to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address.
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
