Return policy
At Novaire London, we do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to submit a return request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request can only be made after physical receipt of the product.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs charges.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags intact.
- Trying on items is permitted, but they must not have been worn.
- Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted.
Return Procedure
Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing:

After approval, you will receive return instructions.
- Return your order at your own expense using a secure shipping method.
- We strongly recommend using tracked shipping (track & trace), as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and inspected, provided it meets the return conditions:
- Your refund will be issued through the original payment method.
- Processing may take up to 14 business days after receipt of the return.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels when tracking shows successful delivery.
- The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
